At least one comment section score for the media item is determined based on comment scores of the subset of comments. One or more media item attributes of the media item are determined based on the at least one comment section score. The media item is associated with the one or more media item attributes. The media one or more media item attributes are indicative of whether a ranking of the media item is to be adjusted.
