The UE may receive a first message that indicates multiple component carriers are configured for communications at the UE. The UE may determine a first transmission power available for uplink carrier aggregation transmissions by the UE across the multiple component carriers during a transmission occasion. The UE may transmit one or more uplink messages associated with a second transmission power via one or more of the component carriers. The UE may transmit a power headroom report that includes a carrier aggregation power headroom parameter. A value of the carrier aggregation power headroom parameter may be based on the first transmission power and the second transmission power associated with uplink carrier aggregation transmissions via at least one of the multiple component carriers during the transmission occasion.
