discussed is a display device including a black matrix disposed on an encapsulation layer to correspond to a bank and including a plurality of openings overlapping emission areas respectively, and a plurality of color filters disposed on the encapsulation layer to correspond to a plurality of sub-pixels, respectively. each of the plurality of color filters includes a first region overlapping a corresponding emission area and a second region adjacent the first region and having at least a portion disposed to cover at least a portion of an upper surface of the black matrix, and at least one of the plurality of color filters includes a plurality of holes in at least one of an edge of the first region and the second region.
