A blocking portion is coupled to the chamber portion to shield the discharge port and is configured to selectively open the discharge port by the injection pressure of injected air. A holder portion is coupled to the chamber portion while covering the blocking portion and is configured to control the opening displacement of the blocking portion when the blocking portion is opened.
