BATTERY DATA MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AND METHOD THEREFOR - A simplified explanation of the abstract

This abstract first appeared for US patent application 18286339 titled 'BATTERY DATA MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AND METHOD THEREFOR

Simplified Explanation

The battery data management system described in this patent involves a communication device that collects battery state data and sends it to a virtual private network (VPN) server. The VPN server then forwards the data to a cloud server, which in turn transmits it to a management server for analysis and monitoring.

  • Communication device collects state data of a battery from a battery management system.
  • State data is transmitted to a VPN server through a first network.
  • VPN server sends the data to a cloud server via a second network.
  • Cloud server forwards the data to a management server through a third network for analysis and management.

Potential Applications

This technology can be applied in various industries where remote monitoring and management of battery systems are required, such as renewable energy systems, electric vehicles, and telecommunications infrastructure.
