The method includes receiving one or more network navigation inputs completed by a user device associated with a user. The one or more network navigation inputs are indications of navigation between two or more pages on a network. The method also includes comparing the one or more network navigation inputs with one or more previous network navigation indicators. The method further includes determining a user location status based on the comparison of the one or more network navigation inputs with the one or more previous network navigation indicators. The user location status indicates whether the user needs assistance. The method still further includes causing a transmission of an assistance notification to the user device associated with the user based on determining that the user needs assistance.
