NETWORK SYSTEM TO UTILIZE MATCHING OF BACKUPS FOR JOB ORDERS

Abstract: the network system generates a job order for a received transport request. during a first time interval, the network system performs a matching process to match the job order to multiple service providers, including a first and second service provider. the network system transmits a first communication that specifies the job order to a computing device of the first service provider to enable the first service provider to exclusively accept or not accept the job order. in response to the first service provider not accepting the job order, the network system transmits, without reperforming the matching process, a second communication that specifies the job order to a computing device of the second service provider to enable the second service provider to exclusively accept or not accept the job order using the computing device of the second service provider.
