Abstract: there is provided an optical member for ar that is thin and lightweight, is bright, and is suppressed in light leakage. an optical member according to at least one embodiment of the present invention includes: an optical waveguide having a first main surface and a second main surface; an optical element arranged on at least one main surface of the first main surface or the second main surface, the optical element having an uneven structure; a porous layer arranged on at least a main surface of the optical waveguide on which the optical element is arranged; and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer arranged on a side of the porous layer opposite to the optical waveguide, the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer having a thickness of 3 �m or more.
