A high-efficiency electric dust collecting apparatus comprises: an electrifying unit; and a dust collecting assembly configured to collecting foreign substances electrified in the electrifying unit, wherein the electrifying unit comprises: a plurality of corresponding electrodes; at least one discharging electrode arranged between the plurality of corresponding electrodes; a first power source configured to apply a first voltage across both ends of the discharging electrode; and a second power source configured to apply a second voltage to each of the plurality of corresponding electrodes, wherein the first power source and the discharging electrode form a closed circuit, and the second power source and the plurality of corresponding electrodes form an open circuit.
