Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to a multi-device mouse control method and apparatus, a device, and a medium. The method is applied to a first device based on a virtual reality technology, and includes: displaying a plurality of device screens of a plurality of second devices on a virtual panel; determining, in response to a movement of a mouse, a first movement location of a first mouse pointer on the virtual panel, where the mouse is connected with the first device; determining an intersection detection result between the first movement location and the plurality of device screens; and performing movement control on the first mouse pointer and/or a plurality of second mouse pointers of the plurality of second devices based on the intersection detection result, where the first mouse pointer and the second mouse pointers are mutually exclusive in display.
