Disclosed in the present application are a variable aperture, a camera module and an electronic device, which relate to the field of electronic technology. The variable aperture includes a roller, a rotation bracket, a plurality of blades and a base. The base is annular. The base is sleeved outside the rotation bracket. The roller is located between the base and the rotation bracket and is in rollable connection with the base and the rotation bracket. The multiple blades are annularly distributed on one side of the base and are encircled to form an aperture hole, multiple blades are in rotatable connection with the base and in slidable connection with the rotation bracket.
