A communication method and apparatus are provided. The method includes: A first network device determines a first time domain resource, and sends a first signal on the first time domain resource. The first time domain resource includes Nfirst time domain symbols and Nsecond time domain symbols. A difference between any two adjacent first time domain symbols in the N, first time domain symbols is Ttime domain symbols. A difference between any two adjacent second time domain symbols in the Nsecond time domain symbols is Ttime domain symbols. T>T, and Nand Nare positive integers.
