A metal-air flow battery recharging unit, comprising: a first layer defining a first flow path; a positive electrode facing the first flow path; a second layer defining a second flow path; a negative electrode facing the second flow path; a separator separating the first flow path and the second flow path from each other; a positive electrode liquid flowing through the first flow path; a negative electrode liquid flowing through the second flow path; and a control unit configured to vary a flow rate of the negative electrode liquid in the second flow path.
