an example provides an adapter having a connector with a space-efficient design by incorporating a space-saving rigid-flex structure. the rigid-flex structure can include a first printed circuit board and a second printed circuit board. the first printed circuit board and a second printed circuit board can be joined by a flexible circuit board. the first printed circuit board and the second printed circuit board can be at least roughly aligned with each other and the flexible circuit board can convey power and data signals between electronic components on the first printed circuit board and the second printed circuit board. the flexible circuit board can route signals through a physical 180 degree turn.
