Original Abstract Submitted

a method for wireless communications, including receiving first semi-persistent scheduling (sps) information indicating a set of receiving occasions; receiving second sps information for transmitting hybrid automatic repeat request (harq) information for the set of receiving occasions; determining sps harq transmitting occasion based on the received second sps information; monitoring for transmissions during one or more receiving occasions; determining harq feedback value for the one or more receiving occasions based on the monitoring; determining that the sps harq transmitting occasion can be skipped based on the harq feedback value; identifying a first transmitting occasion for transmitting other information to the wireless node; determining that the sps harq transmitting occasion overlaps the first transmitting occasion; determining sps harq feedback information based on the determination that the that the sps harq transmitting occasion overlaps the first transmitting occasion; and multiplexing the sps harq feedback information and the other information.
