an apparatus and a method for transmitting or receiving a physical sidelink broadcast channel (psbch) are provided. the method for transmitting a psbch of a first user equipment includes transmitting, to one or more second user equipments, a psbch carrying information, and the information carried in the psbch is used to determine a periodicity and a number of slots.
