provided is a method for ambient iot based communication. the method is applicable to an ambient iot device. the ambient iot device supports at least two reflection modes. the method includes: receiving an input signal; and determining, in response to a trigger of the input signal, a reflection mode of the ambient iot device from the at least two reflection modes.
