Provided are an active energy ray-curable ink jet ink, with which it is possible to obtain an image recorded material having excellent impact resistance and blocking resistance, the active energy ray-curable ink jet ink containing a difunctional (meth)acrylate having a linear or branched alkylene group having 5 to 9 carbon atoms, benzyl (meth)acrylate, and a colorant, in which the total content of the difunctional (meth)acrylate and the benzyl (meth)acrylate is 60% by mass or more with respect to the total amount of the active energy ray-curable ink jet ink; and applications thereof.
