The negative electrode plate includes a foam metal layer, a part of the foam metal layer is a filled region, pores of the filled region are filled with a filler, and the filler is configured to have a projection, in the thickness direction of the foam metal layer, at least partially overlapping with the projection of the coated region of the positive electrode plate.
