an information processing device includes: a processor configured to: receive a processing request that requests generation of a transaction for an object account in an object blockchain; determine whether a valid existing token related to the object account in the object blockchain is present based on management information that represents presence or absence of a valid token related to each of one or more accounts and the received processing request; when determining that the existing token is absent, generate a first transaction for the object account, which is added with a signature related to the object account, control the object blockchain so as to issue a valid new token related to the object account, update the management information, and return the generated first transaction; and when determining that the existing token is present, generate a second transaction for the object account, and return the generated second transaction.
