REFRIGERATOR - A simplified explanation of the abstract

This abstract first appeared for US patent application 18754463 titled 'REFRIGERATOR

The present invention is a refrigerator with a separate deep-freezing space partitioned inside the storage space. The refrigerator has a flow path for cold air circulation within the deep-freezing chamber.

  • Flow path portion formed on the inner surface of the housing in a stepped shape
  • Allows cold air to circulate inside the deep-freezing chamber
  • Enhances the efficiency of cooling within the refrigerator
  • Improves temperature control and preservation of frozen items
  • Innovative design for optimal storage and organization of food items

Potential Applications: - Household refrigerators - Commercial refrigeration units - Industrial cold storage facilities

Problems Solved: - Inefficient cooling in deep-freezing chambers - Uneven temperature distribution within refrigerators - Limited space utilization for frozen food storage

Benefits: - Improved preservation of frozen items - Enhanced cooling efficiency - Better organization and storage capacity - Energy savings due to optimized cooling system

Commercial Applications: Refrigerator manufacturers can incorporate this innovative design to improve the performance and storage capacity of their products, catering to both residential and commercial markets.

Questions about the technology: 1. How does the flow path design improve the efficiency of cooling within the deep-freezing chamber? - The flow path allows for better circulation of cold air, ensuring even cooling and temperature control.

2. What are the potential energy-saving benefits of this innovative refrigerator design? - The optimized cooling system can lead to reduced energy consumption, resulting in cost savings for users.

Original Abstract Submitted

The present invention relates to a refrigerator having a separate deep-freezing space which is partitioned inside a storage space of the refrigerator. Provided is a refrigerator having a flow path which allows cold air to circulate inside a deep-freezing chamber. According to an embodiment disclosed in the present document, a flow path portion is formed on one part of the inner surface of the housing which forms the inner space of the deep-freezing chamber. The flow path portion is formed in a stepped shape on the inner surface of the housing.
