Disclosed are a method and a device for transmitting and receiving CSI in a wireless communication system. A method for transmitting CSI according to one embodiment of the present disclosure comprises the steps of: receiving, from a base station, first configuration information related to a CSI report and second configuration information related to a CSI resource, the second configuration information including information on one or more CSI resource sets associated with the first configuration information; receiving, from the base station, a CSI-RS on a plurality of CSI resources of the one or more CSI resource sets on the basis of the second configuration information; and transmitting the CSI to the base station on the basis of the CSI-RS and the first configuration information.
