CONNECTION STRUCTURE FOR CARTRIDGE AND GAS CONSUMPTION DEVICE - A simplified explanation of the abstract

This abstract first appeared for US patent application 18413473 titled 'CONNECTION STRUCTURE FOR CARTRIDGE AND GAS CONSUMPTION DEVICE

The abstract of the patent application describes a connector between a cartridge and a gas consumption device, with positioning teeth and grooves for alignment and rotation.

  • The connector has positioning teeth on one side and corresponding positioning grooves on the other side for alignment.
  • A rotation groove allows the positioning teeth to rotate around the axis after passing through the positioning grooves.
  • A stopper in the rotation groove limits the rotation of the cartridge at a predetermined angle.
  • This design ensures proper alignment and rotation of the cartridge with the gas consumption device.
  • The innovation aims to improve the efficiency and accuracy of connecting the cartridge to the gas consumption device.

Potential Applications: - Gas consumption devices in various industries such as automotive, manufacturing, and healthcare. - Any application requiring precise alignment and rotation of components.

Problems Solved: - Ensures proper alignment and rotation of the cartridge with the gas consumption device. - Prevents misalignment and potential damage during connection.

Benefits: - Improved efficiency and accuracy in connecting the cartridge to the gas consumption device. - Reduced risk of misalignment and damage to components. - Enhanced overall performance of the gas consumption system.

Commercial Applications: Title: Precision Connector for Gas Consumption Devices This technology can be used in industries where precise alignment and rotation of components are crucial, such as automotive manufacturing, medical equipment, and industrial machinery. The innovation offers improved efficiency and accuracy in connecting cartridges to gas consumption devices, leading to enhanced performance and reduced maintenance costs.

Questions about Precision Connector for Gas Consumption Devices:

1. How does the rotation groove in the connector improve the alignment process? The rotation groove allows the positioning teeth to rotate around the axis, ensuring proper alignment and connection between the cartridge and the gas consumption device.

2. What are the potential benefits of using this precision connector in industrial applications? The precision connector offers improved efficiency, accuracy, and performance in connecting cartridges to gas consumption devices, reducing the risk of misalignment and damage to components.

Original Abstract Submitted

Among the connectors between the cartridge and the gas consumption device, one of the connectors has a plurality of positioning teeth protruding from the outer circumferential surface formed at intervals in the circumferential direction around the axis. A plurality of positioning grooves having groove widths corresponding to circumferential tooth widths of the positioning teeth are formed at intervals in the circumferential direction of the inner peripheral surface of the other connector. The inner peripheral surface of the other connector is further formed with a rotation groove in which the positioning teeth that have passed through the positioning groove rotate around the axis. A stopper is formed in the rotation groove to which one positioning tooth comes into contact so as to limit rotation of the cartridge at a predetermined rotation angle.
