the present disclosure discloses a method by which a terminal receives a physical downlink control channel (pdcch) in a wireless communication system. in particular, the method comprises: receiving a first parameter related to pdcch monitoring adaptation; receiving a second parameter related to at least one threshold value associated with an offset indicating an interval between a downlink (dl) transmission and an uplink (ul) transmission related to the dl transmission; receiving downlink control information (dci) including (i) first information related to the pdcch monitoring adaptation based on the first parameter and (ii) second information for notifying the offset; and receiving, on the basis of the first information, the pdcch on the basis of the pdcch monitoring adaptation from a specific time, wherein the specific time may be determined on the basis that the offset has been compared with the at least one threshold value.
