a method and a device for performing a sensing procedure in a wireless lan system are disclosed. a method for performing a sensing procedure by a first station (sta) in a wireless lan system may comprise the steps of: transmitting a sensing polling frame for identifying whether to participate in sensing measurement to first at least one sta participating in the sensing procedure; receiving a response frame with respect to the sensing polling frame from second at least one sta among the first at least one sta; and transmitting an ndp announcement frame to the second at least one sta on the basis of the response frame.
