a heating apparatus includes a first electrode, a second electrode disposed surrounding the first electrode in plan view from a first direction toward a heating object, a first conductor including a coil and configured to electrically couple a transmission line and the first electrode, a second conductor configured to electrically couple the transmission line and the second electrode, and a housing. the first electrode and the second electrode are configured to heat the heating object by generating electromagnetic waves in response to application of a high-frequency voltage. the housing includes a contact part including a contact surface configured to come into contact with the heating object, and a housing case constituting an inner space configured to house the first electrode and the second electrode together with the contact part. the housing case has an insulating property.
