A circuit unit for an aerosol generation device that is equipped with a control unit for controlling electric power supply to a load that heats an aerosol source. In the case where the control unit performs second control to heat the load to a second temperature that is lower than a first temperature, at which an aerosol is generated, before first control to heat the load to the first temperature, when the interval between aerosol inhalations is shorter than in a first period, the control unit controls the amount of the electric power supplied to the load in the first control and/or the amount of the electric power supplied to the load in the second control to be smaller than a standard value.
