ROUTING MEMBER FIXING STRUCTURE, ELECTRICAL CONNECTION BOX, AND WIRE HARNESS - A simplified explanation of the abstract
This abstract first appeared for US patent application 18592450 titled 'ROUTING MEMBER FIXING STRUCTURE, ELECTRICAL CONNECTION BOX, AND WIRE HARNESS
The abstract describes a routing member fixing structure for an electrical connection box and a wire harness. It consists of a first divided body and a second divided body joined together to create a routing member insertion section. Additionally, there are first and second tying members in band shape, with a first band fixing section tying and fixing the first divided body and the routing member, and a second band fixing section tying and fixing the first divided body and the second divided body.
- Structure for fixing routing members in electrical connection boxes and wire harnesses
- Consists of first and second divided bodies joined together
- Includes first and second tying members in band shape
- First band fixing section ties and fixes first divided body and routing member
- Second band fixing section ties and fixes first and second divided bodies together
Potential Applications: - Electrical connection boxes - Wire harness assemblies - Automotive wiring systems
Problems Solved: - Securely fixing routing members in place - Organizing and managing wire harnesses effectively
Benefits: - Improved organization of electrical components - Enhanced durability and stability of wire harnesses - Simplified maintenance and repair processes
Commercial Applications: Title: "Innovative Routing Member Fixing Structure for Electrical Connection Boxes and Wire Harnesses" This technology can be utilized in various industries such as automotive, aerospace, and electronics for efficient wire management and organization.
Questions about the technology: 1. How does this routing member fixing structure improve the overall efficiency of wire harness assemblies? 2. What are the key advantages of using band-shaped tying members in this structure?
Original Abstract Submitted
A routing member fixing structure applied to an electrical connection box and a wire harness includes a first divided body and a second divided body joined to each other to compose a routing member insertion section into which a routing member is inserted, a first tying member and a second tying member each formed to have a band shape, a first band fixing section tying and fixing the first divided body and the routing member together by winding the first tying member around the first divided body and the routing member, and a second band fixing section tying and fixing the first divided body and the second divided body together by winding the second tying member around the first divided body and the second divided body.
