A voltage compensation circuit, voltage compensation method, and display device, in which the voltage compensation circuit is applicable to the pixel unit of the 2T1C structure; during the voltage sensing period, the changed data signal is adjusted and output to the pixel unit, and the data signal is sensed at the turning-on moment of the second transistor of the pixel unit, and the threshold voltage is determined according to the voltage value of the data signal at the turning-on moment; and during the voltage compensation period, the voltage value of the compensated data signal is determined according to the threshold voltage value and output to the corresponding pixel unit; sensing of the threshold of the second transistor is realized, and there is no need to arrange T, sensor line or control signal line, the structure of the display panel is simplified and the design cost is reduced.
