METHODS AND SYSTEMS FOR LIVESTREAMING AUDIENCE-INFLUENCED CONTENT - A simplified explanation of the abstract

This abstract first appeared for US patent application 18125990 titled 'METHODS AND SYSTEMS FOR LIVESTREAMING AUDIENCE-INFLUENCED CONTENT

The abstract describes an audience-influenced livestreaming system that allows viewers to watch live events and provide feedback through a dedicated forum. The system can identify specific feedback tokens within the audience submissions and create a visual representation of these tokens. This visual representation is then integrated into the livestream content, combining video of the live event with the audience feedback.

  • Livestreaming system for live events
  • Audience can provide feedback during the event
  • System identifies specific feedback tokens
  • Generates graphical representation of feedback tokens
  • Integrates visual representation into livestream content

Original Abstract Submitted

An illustrative audience-influenced livestreaming system may provide, to an audience, livestream content depicting a live event and a feedback forum associated with the livestream content and by way of which feedback is submitted by the audience during the live event. The audience-influenced livestreaming system may also identify and track instances of a predesignated feedback token within the feedback submitted by the audience, and may generate a graphical representation of the instances of the predesignated feedback token. The audience-influenced livestreaming system may generate the livestream content by integrating video content depicting the live event with the graphical representation of the instances of the predesignated feedback token. Corresponding methods and systems are also disclosed.
