WORKING VEHICLE - A simplified explanation of the abstract
This abstract first appeared for US patent application 18530392 titled 'WORKING VEHICLE
Simplified Explanation:
This patent application describes a working vehicle with a suspension system that includes a damper to reduce vertical motion of the cabin over the vehicle body, along with a restrictor to limit the cabin's movement to upper and/or lower positions. The restrictor consists of stoppers with cushion portions to soften impacts.
- The working vehicle has a suspension system with a damper and a restrictor to control cabin movement.
- The restrictor includes stoppers with cushion portions to absorb shocks.
- The cushion portions vary in softness to provide different levels of impact absorption.
- The stoppers are fixed to the vehicle body and the cabin to limit the cabin's vertical movement.
- The second cushion portion makes contact before the first cushion portion to gradually absorb impacts.
Key Features and Innovation:
- Suspension system with damper and restrictor
- Stopper with cushion portions of varying softness
- Gradual impact absorption mechanism
- Fixed stoppers on vehicle body and cabin
- Control of cabin movement to upper and lower positions
Potential Applications:

Original Abstract Submitted
A working vehicle includes a suspension including a damper to suppress vertical motion of a cabin over a vehicle body, and a restrictor to restrict the cabin at an upper limit position and/or a lower limit position. The restrictor includes a first stopper fixed to the vehicle body, and a second stopper fixed to the cabin. At least one of the first stopper or the second stopper includes a first cushion portion, and a second cushion portion softer than the first cushion portion. The first cushion portion and the second cushion portion are adjacent to each other in a direction intersecting a vertical direction, and the second cushion portion is contactable with a target of contact before the first cushion portion.
