The plurality of second semiconductor elements are mounted on the second conductive part and each have a switching function. The first terminal protrudes to the first side in the first direction from the first conductive part. The first conductive member electrically connects the plurality of first semiconductor elements and the second conductive part. The second conductive member electrically connects the plurality of second semiconductor elements and the first terminal. The second conductive member is connected to the supporting substrate.
