DISPLAY APPARATUS - A simplified explanation of the abstract

This abstract first appeared for US patent application 20240324359 titled 'DISPLAY APPARATUS

The display apparatus described in the patent application consists of a substrate with main islands arranged in two directions, connected by first and second connecting units. There are sub-islands in the middle portions of these connecting units, along with through-portions defined between the main islands. Pixel circuits and light-emitting elements are present on the main islands, with connection wirings facilitating their operation.

  • Main islands arranged in two directions
