A vehicle substitute simulation device, including a position information acquisition unit for acquiring movement information from an information terminal of a user, an electric vehicle information storage unit for storing electric vehicle performance information relating to a travel performance of an electric vehicle, a ride information acquisition unit for acquiring, from the movement information acquired in a predetermined period, ride information that includes at least movement distance information and waypoint information on an internal combustion engine vehicle driven by the user and including an internal combustion engine, a SoC calculation unit for calculating, from the electric vehicle performance information and the ride information, a remaining amount of electric power of the electric vehicle as SoC information for each waypoint for a case in which the user switches to the electric vehicle, and an output unit for outputting the SoC information to the information terminal of the user.
