APPLICATION DISPLAY METHOD AND ELECTRONIC DEVICE - A simplified explanation of the abstract

This abstract first appeared for US patent application 18670800 titled 'APPLICATION DISPLAY METHOD AND ELECTRONIC DEVICE

The abstract of this patent application describes a method for displaying interfaces in an application, specifically related to a target vehicle on an electronic map.

  • The method involves displaying a first interface of a first application and detecting a first operation in that interface.
  • Upon detecting the operation, a second interface of the first application is displayed, which includes a first sub-interface showing the running status of a target vehicle on an electronic map, and a second sub-interface providing an upgrade function.
  • The running status of the target vehicle on the electronic map is used to determine whether to upgrade the vehicle.

Potential Applications: - This technology could be applied in vehicle tracking and management systems. - It could also be used in navigation applications to provide real-time updates on vehicle locations.

Problems Solved: - Provides a user-friendly interface for monitoring and upgrading target vehicles. - Streamlines the process of tracking and managing vehicles on electronic maps.

Benefits: - Enhances efficiency in vehicle monitoring and management. - Improves decision-making processes related to vehicle upgrades.

Commercial Applications: Title: "Enhanced Vehicle Monitoring and Upgrade System" This technology could be utilized by fleet management companies to improve their vehicle tracking and upgrade processes, leading to better overall operational efficiency and cost savings.

Questions about the technology: 1. How does this technology improve the upgrade process for target vehicles? - This technology streamlines the upgrade process by providing a clear visual representation of the running status of the target vehicle on an electronic map, aiding in decision-making. 2. What are the potential implications of using this technology in navigation applications? - By integrating this technology into navigation applications, users can receive real-time updates on the running status of their vehicles, enhancing the overall navigation experience.

Original Abstract Submitted

The present disclosure relates to application display methods. One example method includes displaying a first interface of a first application, and detecting a first operation in the first interface. The first operation is used to display a second interface of the first application, the second interface includes a first sub-interface and a second sub-interface, the first sub-interface is used to display a running status of a target vehicle on an electronic map, and the second sub-interface is used to provide an upgrade function. When the target vehicle is checked before upgrade, the running status of the target vehicle on the electronic map is obtained to determine whether to upgrade the target vehicle.
