GENERATING AND DETERMINING ADDITIONAL CONTENT AND PRODUCTS BASED ON PRODUCT-TOKENS - A simplified explanation of the abstract

This abstract first appeared for US patent application 18120404 titled 'GENERATING AND DETERMINING ADDITIONAL CONTENT AND PRODUCTS BASED ON PRODUCT-TOKENS

In some embodiments, a computer-implemented method involves preloading and updating a set of graphs of transform invariant features product-token pairs (GTIF product-token pairs) on a user device. The set of GTIF product-token pairs includes pairs such as a known GTIF product-token and location data determined for a user device location.

  • The method includes receiving a user request for additional contents related to an object using a client application on the user device.
  • Constructing an object GTIF product-token for the object by capturing transform invariant features identified for the object.
  • Determining if the object GTIF product-token matches a particular pair from the set of GTIF product-token pairs.
  • If a match is found, determining particular additional content based on the pair and displaying it on the user device.

Key Features and Innovation: - Preloading and updating GTIF product-token pairs on a user device. - Matching object GTIF product-tokens with known pairs to provide additional content. - Utilizing transform invariant features for object identification.

Potential Applications: - Enhanced user experience in accessing related content. - Personalized content recommendations based on object features. - Improved object recognition and content delivery.

Problems Solved: - Efficient retrieval of additional content related to objects. - Customized content suggestions based on object characteristics. - Streamlined user interaction with digital content.

Benefits: - Increased user engagement with relevant content. - Tailored content recommendations for individual users. - Simplified access to additional information about objects.

Commercial Applications: Title: Personalized Content Delivery System Description: This technology can be utilized in e-commerce platforms, digital marketing, and content recommendation systems to enhance user engagement and drive sales.

Original Abstract Submitted

In some embodiments, a computer-implemented method comprises: preloading and updating, on a user device, a set of graphs of transform invariant features product-token pairs (GTIF product-token pairs); wherein the set of GTIF product-token pairs comprises one or more of: a pair comprising a known GTIF product-token and a location data determined for a location of a user device, or others; receiving, using a client application executing on the user device, a user request for additional contents related to an object; constructing, for the object, an object GTIF product-token capturing transform invariant features identified for the object; determining whether the object GTIF product-token matches a particular pair of the set of GTIF product-token pairs; in response to determining that the object GTIF product-token matches the particular pair, determining particular additional content based on the particular pair, and displaying the particular additional content on the user device.
