ENDOSCOPE - A simplified explanation of the abstract

This abstract first appeared for US patent application 20240293004 titled 'ENDOSCOPE

The abstract describes an endoscope designed to enhance the cleanliness of a peripheral portion of an elevator. The endoscope includes features such as an insertion part with a treatment tool insertion channel, an elevator housing portion with an elevator and ultrasonic transducer, and a signal cable for connecting to the transducer.

  • The endoscope has a treatment tool insertion channel for improved cleaning.
  • It includes an elevator housing portion with an elevator for maneuvering within the elevator.
  • An ultrasonic transducer with multiple vibrators is integrated for enhanced cleaning.
  • A signal cable connects to the transducer for operation.
  • The design separates the elevator housing portion and cable insertion hole for efficiency.

Potential Applications: - Maintenance and cleaning of elevator components - Inspection of hard-to-reach areas in elevators - Industrial cleaning applications

Problems Solved: - Difficulty in cleaning peripheral portions of elevators - Limited visibility in confined spaces - Inefficient cleaning methods

Benefits: - Enhanced cleanliness and maintenance of elevators - Improved inspection capabilities - Efficient and effective cleaning process

Commercial Applications: Title: Elevator Maintenance Endoscope: Enhancing Cleaning Efficiency This technology can be utilized by elevator maintenance companies, building management firms, and industrial cleaning services to improve the cleanliness and maintenance of elevators, leading to increased operational efficiency and reduced downtime.

Questions about Elevator Maintenance Endoscope: 1. How does the endoscope improve the cleanliness of elevator peripheral portions? The endoscope includes features such as an ultrasonic transducer and treatment tool insertion channel for enhanced cleaning efficiency. 2. What are the potential applications of this technology beyond elevator maintenance? The technology can be applied to various industrial cleaning tasks and inspection processes in confined spaces.

Original Abstract Submitted
