The present disclosure provides a consumable recycling apparatus and a nucleic acid test analyzer. The consumable recycling apparatus includes: a bearing frame; a supporting plate structure, wherein the supporting plate structure is provided with a consumable bearing area; a recycling structure including a rack, a mounting beam movably arranged on the rack, and a driving structure arranged on the rack and driving the mounting beam to move, the mounting beam is provided with a plurality of recycling rods arranged at intervals in a horizontal direction, and each of the recycling rods is internally provided with an airflow channel; and a stripping structure arranged on the bearing frame, wherein the stripping structure includes a plurality of notch structures, the plurality of notch structures are arranged in one-to-one correspondence with the plurality of recycling rods, and a width of the notch structure is greater than a diameter of the recycling rod.
