In an aspect of the present disclosure, a bidirectional interaction providing device is provided. The device includes a real-time performance unit that transmits real-time performance information through a real-time performance information session to each user terminal participating in a performance channel related to the real-time performance; an interactive reception unit that receives interaction feedback from a first user terminal through an interaction transmission session; and an interaction transmission unit that transmits the interaction feedback to a destination of the interaction feedback by referring to information on the destination.
