a display device includes a substrate, a pixel circuit layer disposed on the substrate and including at least one thin-film transistor, a first pixel electrode including a sub-conductive layer disposed on the pixel circuit layer, including a first conductive material, and electrically connected to the at least one thin-film transistor, a first reflective layer disposed on the sub-conductive layer and including a second conductive material, an inorganic insulating layer disposed on the first reflective layer, and a first transparent electrode layer covering an upper surface of the inorganic insulating layer and electrically connected to the sub-conductive layer, and a second pixel electrode including a second reflective layer disposed on the pixel circuit layer and including the second conductive material, and a second transparent electrode layer disposed on the second reflective layer, where the second pixel electrode is apart from the first pixel electrode in a plan view.
