This is done through system information blocks, which are transmitted according to a specific scheme. The communication apparatus of the system configures the system information blocks to include control information that indicates how these blocks will be transmitted.
Abstract
A communication system is described in which system information is transmitted to communication devices, by a communication apparatus of the system, in system information blocks, in accordance with a system information block transmission scheme. The communication apparatus configures at least one system information block to include control information indicating how the system information blocks will be transmitted.
SECONDARY BASE STATION, MASTER BASE STATION, AND METHODS THEREFOR (18024397)
Inventor Sadafuku Hayashi
Brief explanation
The abstract describes a communication system called Dual Connectivity, where a secondary base station receives a request message from a master base station. If the secondary base station is using a type of connection that uses both Master Cell Group (MCG) resources and Secondary Cell Group (SCG) resources, it will send a response message called a request acknowledge message back to the master base station. This response message contains information about the configuration of the uplink (UL) connection. This allows the master and secondary base stations to handle situations where there are inconsistencies in the control messages used to set up the connection.
Abstract
A secondary base station () receives a request message from a master base station () of Dual Connectivity. If the secondary base station () uses an SN terminated bearer that uses both Master Cell Group (MCG) resources and Secondary Cell Group (SCG) resources, the secondary base station () transmits a request acknowledge message containing a UL Configuration information element to the master base station () as a response to the request message. This, for example, allows the master base station and the secondary base station to deal with a situation where multiple information elements contained in a control message for the setup of an SN terminated bearer using MCG resources are inconsistent.

Inventor Linghang FAN
Brief explanation
The abstract describes a network function node called NWDAF that is capable of detecting new applications in a network. The NWDAF node receives a request from another network function node to detect a new application, along with relevant information such as the user equipment (UE), start and end time for detection, and PFD (Policy and Charging Rules Function) information. The NWDAF node then subscribes to a SMF (Session Management Function) node to collect data related to the new application. It receives the data from a UPF (User Plane Function) node through the SMF node, which includes information such as the DNN (Data Network Name), S-NSSAI (Single Network Slice Selection Assistance Information), and 3-tuple(s) (server side IP address and port number). Finally, the NWDAF node notifies the network function node of the analytic result, which includes the DNN, S-NSSAI, 3-tuple(s) to be added to the PFD information, parts of the URL to be matched, a Domain name matching criteria, and information about applicable protocol(s).
Abstract
A NWDAF node according to the present disclosure comprises means for receiving, from a network function node, a request for detecting a new application, including an indication having a value “new application analysis”, information for a UE, start and end time for detection and PFD information; means for subscribing, to a SMF node, data collection related to the new application; means for receiving, from a UPF node via the SMF node, the data related to the new application, including DNN, S-NSSAI, and 3-tuple(s); and means for notifying the network function node of an analytic result including the DNN, the S-NSSAI, the 3-tuple(s) to be added to the PFD information, parts of the URL to be matched, a Domain name matching criteria and information about applicable protocol(s), wherein the 3-tuple(s) includes a server side IP address and port number.

The present disclosure describes an information processing device that aims to promote the use of biometric authentication. The device includes an authentication request unit, an imparting unit, and an accumulation unit.
The authentication request unit initiates biometric authentication by comparing the biometric information of a user, obtained from one of the multiple installed terminals located in different places, with the biometric information of registered users.
The imparting unit assigns a score to each installed terminal when the biometric authentication is successful.
The accumulation unit collects and stores the scores given to the installed terminals based on the success of biometric authentication at each terminal.
In summary, this information processing device encourages the use of biometric authentication by comparing user biometric information with registered users, assigning scores to successful authentication attempts, and accumulating these scores for multiple installed terminals.
Abstract
The present disclosure provides an information processing device and the like that can promote the use of biometric authentication. An information processing device includes an authentication request unit, an imparting unit, and an accumulation unit. The authentication request unit causes biometric authentication to be performed on biometric information about a user acquired by one installed terminal among a plurality of installed terminals arranged in various places to be compared with biometric information about registered users. The imparting unit imparts a score that is set for each of the installed terminals when the biometric authentication is successful. The accumulation unit accumulates a plurality of the scores imparted in response to a success of the biometric authentication at the plurality of installed terminals.

Abstract
When a user of a terminal () desires to view a desired image, the user inputs a selection condition of the image to the terminal (). Then, the terminal () encodes the selection condition, and displays code information on a screen. Then, when the user causes a capturing apparatus () to capture an image of the screen, an image selection apparatus () recognizes the selection condition by processing the image (first image). Then, the image selection apparatus () transmits an image (second image) that satisfies the selection condition to a predetermined terminal, for example, the terminal () that displays the code information.
