Abstract: this disclosure relates to therapies in which an antibody drug conjugate is administered together with a composition comprising nanoscale cavitation initiators. application of ultrasound following administration provides effective, targeted delivery of antibody drug conjugate to the diseased site. the therapies are useful in the treatment of solid tumour.
