Abstract: a capsule for an aerosol-generating device includes a housing and an aerosol-forming substrate. the housing defines an inlet opening, an outlet opening, and a chamber between the inlet opening and the outlet opening. the aerosol-forming substrate is in the housing. the aerosol-forming substrate includes tobacco, an encapsulated flavorant, and an aerosol-forming agent. the encapsulated flavorant includes a matrix and a flavorant in the matrix. the capsule has a resistance to draw ranging from 30 mmho to 130 mmho.
