a user equipment (ue) may be configured to process different types of uplink control information (uci) configured for a physical uplink control channel (pucch) transmission, omit one or more instances of the uci for the pucch transmission, wherein the omitting is performed based on an omission rule and perform the pucch transmission. the ue may also be configured to process uci for a transmission over a physical uplink shared channel (pusch), omit one or more instances of the uci in response to a trigger condition and transmit the uci over the pusch. | |||
