The evaluating comprises determining that the first group of equipment and the second group of equipment utilize an overlapping portion of a radio frequency spectrum. The operations can also include, based on a determination that an interference level of the overlapping portion of the radio frequency spectrum satisfies a defined interference level, reserving, by the system, the overlapping portion of the radio frequency spectrum for usage by the first group of equipment.
