a light emitting display device can include subpixels on a substrate, a first overcoat layer disposed on the substrate, a second overcoat layer disposed on the first overcoat layer, the second overcoat layer having a side surface overlapping with a reflection area of each of the plurality of subpixels, a first electrode disposed on an upper surface of the second overcoat layer at an emission area of each of the subpixels, an intermediate layer disposed on the first overcoat layer, the second overcoat layer, and the first electrode, and a second electrode disposed on the intermediate layer, the second electrode having a higher reflectance than the first electrode. also, the reflection area is located outside of the emission area, and the second electrode is located along the side surface of the second overcoat layer in the reflection area and the second electrode surrounds an end of the first electrode.
