A signal terminal holding member is located inside the cylindrical member in a lower portion of the cylindrical member, and is held by the cylindrical member. A first signal terminal is supported by the signal terminal holding member. A circuit substrate is held by the signal terminal holding member. The circuit substrate includes a substrate main body and one or more signal wires. Each of the one or more signal wires includes a first end portion located in an upper portion of the substrate main body and a second end portion located in a lower portion of the substrate main body. Each of the one or more second end portions is electrically connected to any one of the one or more first signal terminals.
