A fuel cell vehicle includes: a fuel cell; a battery; and a controller that determines a load demanded output value. In particular, the controller determines whether a first condition related to overcharge of the battery and a second condition related to over-discharge of the battery are satisfied based on the load demanded output value, and further determines whether a constant output is operable based on an output efficiency of the fuel cell when the first and second conditions are satisfied.
