The opening is corresponding to the pixel, and an edge of the opening is adjacent to an edge of one of the two adjacent first lines. A distance between the edge of the opening and the edge of the one of the two adjacent first lines is from 1 micrometer to 2 micrometers. The opening comprises a first arc portion and a second arc portion, and the first arc portion and the second arc portion are disposed at diagonal corners of the opening.
