Example wireless communication methods and apparatus are described. In one example method, a Bluetooth sending apparatus generates and sends a first Bluetooth data frame to a Bluetooth receiving apparatus. The first Bluetooth data frame includes a first access code, a first synchronization code, and a first data field, and the first synchronization code is located before the first data field. When performing at least one of autocorrelation or cross-correlation, the first synchronization code provides a higher success rate of at least one of synchronization detection or data receiving than the first access code.
